Co-founded Scale Capital in 2012 and manages the fund's investment activities, working in and with portfolio companies to accelerate growth by leveraging his experience and network in the United States. Prior to becoming an investor, he had a corporate career in Telecoms and Management Consulting, then became an entrepreneur in 2008, founding, growing and selling two companies. He lived in Silicon Valley from 2013–2017, helping establish Scale's US operation.

Co-founded Scale Capital in 2012, working on investment activities alongside assisting portfolio companies and administrating fund operations. Prior to Scale, he worked in commercial real-estate development for 25 years and ran his own M&A broker business. He holds two educations in Board Governance and is a certified M&A adviser.

Principal responsible for originating and executing investment opportunities and helping founders scale early-stage B2B tech companies through active portfolio management. Before joining in 2020, he worked as a junior management consultant and in growth equity investing. Holds a Master's in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Principal and integral part of the fund's deal-sourcing, investment execution and founder advisory; also heads Scale's ESG efforts. Before joining in 2021, he worked at Danish mutual fund BankInvest and UK Private Equity firm Bregal Milestone. Holds a Dual Degree Master in Political Science & Economics from the University of Copenhagen.

Head of Finance responsible for fund accounting, investor reporting, compliance and operational support. Before joining, worked at The Danish National Research Foundation's investment team and spent five years at PwC in assurance. Holds an MSc in Accounting and an HD in Finance, both from Copenhagen Business School.

Supports Scale's work in Sweden by contributing to dealflow, market research and outreach to early-stage founders. Previously interned at Gilion and at Contrary, and spent 1.5 years on the early team at Soultech leading Growth and GTM. Currently pursuing a Bachelor in Business and Economics at Uppsala University.

Based in Espoo (Helsinki), part of Scale's investment team sourcing, screening and evaluating companies across the Finnish ecosystem with a focus on deeptech, university spinouts and defence. Previously led the operational team of SILTA. Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Psychology at Aalto University.

Based between Oslo and Bergen, part of Scale's investment team sourcing, screening and evaluating companies across the Norwegian ecosystem, focused on robotics, defence, energy and digital infrastructure. Previously worked at a proptech startup. Currently finishing a Bachelor's in Business, Economics and Data Science at the Norwegian School of Economics.

Joined to help find Scale's unique and authentic voice and unfold its brand. Previously worked on design and communication projects with various companies. Holds a bachelor's in Design & Communication from Copenhagen School of Design & Technology (KEA).

Leads Scale's efforts in PR, media relations and strategic storytelling, amplifying Scale's profile and fostering connections within the startup and tech ecosystem. Previously worked as a journalist, content strategist and PR consultant. Holds a bachelor's in Journalism from the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Has spent 15+ years in Silicon Valley advising founders, executives and investors. Today leads US-based activities for a global internet and content service provider. Previously worked in corporate innovation and consulting. Holds an M.Sc. in Engineering, International Technology Management from Aalborg University.

Co-founder of DANE CAPITAL with more than 20 years in private investments and corporate finance, primarily in the Nordics, with a track record across buyouts, restructurings and growth capital deals. Holds an MBA from Fordham Business School and a bachelor's in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.

Experienced investor, partner and CFO from venture capital firms, growth companies and larger listed companies, with over 20 years as a C-level executive and board member in tech and managed services. Recently served as General Partner at the Bridge140 fund. Holds a BSc in Finance & Business Administration from Linnaeus University.

Visionary CEO, angel investor, board member, public speaker and futurist from Oslo with 25+ years of management experience, having started 6 companies within business intelligence and AI. CEO of Amesto NextBridge and VP of AI & Robotics for Amesto Group. Holds an MBA from Lancaster University and a BSc from the Norwegian Institute of Management.

Over 15 years of experience in tech startups, beginning with his first e-commerce venture in Slovakia in 2008. Joined Plug and Play in Silicon Valley in 2013 and later established its Berlin office. Now an angel investor. Holds a Master of Laws from Comenius University and studied Software Engineering at CODE University.
